Suter leaves the Moto2 World Championship & Intact GP returns to former roots

After one season, Suter Industries withdraws from the Moto2 World Championship. This also means the mutual end to the collaboration with Dynavolt Intact GP. The team will tackle the 2018 season together with Kalex Engineering.

Due to the end of collaboration with the Kiefer Racing Team, Suter Industries would have only delivered two motorcycles for the 2018 season to Dynavolt Intact GP. Therefore, the Swiss company has decided to leave the world championship with immediate effect.

"From a strategic point of view, participation in the Moto2 World Championship can no longer be justified," says owner and founder Eskil Suter.

The German racing team fortunately was able to come to an agreement with Kalex Engineering for 2018. "We are pleased to enter into a new partnership with Kalex and are all highly motivated for the upcoming season," commented Intact GP principal Jürgen Lingg.

The Dynavolt Intact GP Team wishes Suter Industries all the best for the future and is very thankful for their support during the 2017 season.
