Manuel Gonzalez and David Almansa form the 2027 LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Moto2 Line-up

The LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Team is already setting the course for the 2027 Moto2 season: Manuel Gonzalez will continue to race for the German team next year. Joining him will be David Almansa, who will step up to the Moto2 World Championship.

The team will enter their third season together with current World Championship leader Manuel Gonzalez. Since joining the team in 2025 as the Moto2 World Championship’s third-place finisher, the 24-year-old Spanish rider has consistently been among the leading riders in the class and fought for the World Championship title right down to the final round last year. Gonzalez is once again firmly in the title fight in 2026 and significantly extended his championship lead with his fifth victory of the season one week ago.

At the same time, David Almansa will be a new face in the team’s Moto2 line-up. The 20-year-old Spaniard made his Grand Prix debut in Valencia in 2022 and only joined the LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Moto3 squad at the beginning of this season, where he immediately made an impression. With six pole positions, two victories and currently second place in the Moto3 World Championship, Almansa has impressively demonstrated his potential.

After just one season with the Moto3 team, the next step now follows: in 2027, Almansa will compete alongside Gonzalez for LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP in the Moto2 World Championship.
