Intact GP Juniors welcome Leo Rammerstorfer

The 18-year-old talent from Upper Austria completes LIQUI MOLY Husqvarna Intact GP Junior Team's rider line-up in JuniorGP Moto3.

The renowned German outfit from Memmingen in the Allgäu region will once again compete in the most important junior racing series in 2023. The Junior Moto3 World Championship always has been regarded as a springboard for Grand Prix racing. Following the confirmation of Jakob Rosenthaler for FIM JuniorGP™ World Championship a month ago, the signing of first candidate for the second ride, Leo Rammerstorfer, is now also on paper.

Like his team mate Jakob Rosenthaler, Rammerstorfer hails from Upper Austria, both living close together. Basically, Rammerstorfer is no newcomer to the LIQUI MOLY Husqvarna Intact GP Junior Team's talent development program, as he already joined the squad from Memmingen last summer for the remaining races in European Talent Cup. From the very first moment, the talented rider impressed with a determined approach to his tasks and great fighting spirit although, Injuries and healthy issues prevented him from establishing himself further in this top-class series in the final races of the season. Previously, Rammerstorfer had finished the International German Motorcycle Championship, Supersport300 class, as runner-up.

The new JuniorGP season gets underway early this May with the opening round in Estoril, Portugal.
